Music at St. Alban's

And did not Jesus sing a psalm that night, when utmost evil strove against the Light? Then let us sing, for whom he won the fight, Alleluia!
— The Hymnal 1982, H420 v.4

Music has long been a vital part of the worship and traditions of the Episcopal Church and Anglicanism. At St. Alban's, we're fortunate to have Mr. Michael Spangler as our organist and choirmaster. Our 10:00am service always features hymns, anthems, our brilliant volunteer choir, and music from our organ. Some days, we even have parishioners offering their musical talents as soloists, quartets, and ensembles!

Have an interest in singing? There's always room for you in our choir! Contact Michael for more information. The choir rehearses Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm.
